Return & Exchange Policy

At Opulence, we craft each piece with care, and we want you to feel as confident receiving it as wearing it.

Eligibility
All items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery excluding sale items. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

All sale items are final sale.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds & Store Credit
All returns are issued as store credit to be used on future Opulence purchases. This allows you to choose the perfect piece for your next wardrobe moment.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, simply return your original purchase and apply your store credit toward your new selection.
