Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our trusted carriers.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship via USPS for all domestic orders. After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

International Shipping
For our global customers, shipping times range from 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on U.S. and international orders over $150. For orders below this threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
All orders receive tracking via email once shipped, so you can follow your Opulence package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Please note that Opulence is not responsible once the carrier has possession of your package. While we cannot replace lost items, we are happy to assist in filing claims with the carrier.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Please allow for processing and transit times when planning your delivery.
